Costume Character Rentals are on a first come first serve basis.
A Rental Agreement must be signed and in our office prior to shipping.

Your credit card will be charged for the rental amount plus the shipping costs when we ship your costume(s).  Once the costume(s) is shipped there are no refunds of any kind.

To avoid disappointment, we suggest booking the character costume at least 2-4 weeks in advance.  Our costumes book up quickly and to have your choice the sooner you know the character you want and the date of your party the better your chance of getting the character you want.  However sometimes we will have the character available the week of your party.

We have a rental security clause to insure that the costume comes back to us in the same condition as it was sent out to you our customers.

 Rental Agreement States as follows: The rental security listed will only be charged by Rent a Character in the event that said costume(s) is not returned, returned late, damaged, soiled or with parts missing.  Should the costume(s) be returned late, with missing parts, excessively soiled and /or damaged, the undersigned agrees to be charged part or all of his/her rental security.  Any pro-rated part of the rental security that is charged to the undersigned will be solely at the discretion of Rent a Character.  The rental security will not be charged if the costume(s) is returned to Rent a Character on the agreed upon return date and in the same condition in which it was rented.
